Property Investments UK's July 2026 Bristol analysis used standard residential sales in the postal town from January 2020 to May 2026. Its leading street illustrates why a ranking should be read alongside the underlying sample.

Litfield Place's average

The publisher reported an average of £2,662,500 for Litfield Place, based on two transactions: £3.9 million in March 2021 and £1,425,000 that June.

Those sales are far apart in price. Their arithmetic average is not evidence that every home on the street would command a similar amount. The publisher separately identified a £4.8 million Manor Road transaction as the dataset's largest individual sale.

A dated research snapshot

The findings are attributed to the original analyst, rather than presented as Property Perpetuity's own extraction of Land Registry data. The historical window also means this is not a current asking-price list.

Use the figures to understand the distinction between a transaction, a street average and a valuation. They do not establish rental income, investment suitability or the wealth of residents.
