Your free trial

Verified members can start one 30-day Pro trial from their dashboard. No payment card is required and the trial does not become a paid subscription automatically. The dashboard shows the exact end date and time in UK time. When it ends, Pro access expires and your free membership remains. You can then choose to subscribe.

Price and renewal

Pro costs £12 per year. The total, including any applicable tax and valid discount, is shown before payment. Paid membership starts after successful Stripe confirmation and renews annually unless you cancel. No payment is taken merely by creating an account or starting a trial. Promotion codes can be entered at Stripe checkout; eligibility, value and duration are shown there.

What Pro includes

Pro adds imports of event details from supported public URLs, with a monthly allowance shown on the membership page. Imports must be checked for accuracy and image permissions. Events are reviewed before publication; membership does not guarantee approval, attendance, income or commercial results. Unused monthly imports do not roll over.

Cancel renewal

Use Dashboard → Membership → Manage billing & invoices to cancel through Stripe at any time before renewal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Cancelling renewal does not itself request a refund.

Refund policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of each annual payment, including renewals. Contact us with your account email and Stripe invoice number; do not send card details. We will review and arrange eligible refunds through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing time may vary. A full refund ends the refunded paid membership period and stops its renewal; your free account remains. After 14 days, refunds are not normally offered for a change of mind, but this does not limit your statutory rights where the service is faulty or not as described.

Payment records and privacy

Stripe processes payments and provides invoices through the billing portal. Property Perpetuity does not store your full card details. Your name, email and membership reference are shared with Stripe to manage your subscription. See our privacy policy and general website terms.
