Rightmove has extended its partnership with Women in Estate Agency for two more years, taking the agreement to 31 July 2028, PropertyWire reported on 4 November 2026. The renewed support is intended to fund the organisation’s flagship event, Regional Champions network and practical training programme.
Women in Estate Agency was established in 2020. The report describes a membership of more than 5,000 and a mix of online connections, regional meetings, training and annual events. That provides the context for the partnership; membership size alone does not measure whether participants progress in their careers.
Training and regional access
The report says the Power of You programme will continue with new content, with two events a year and sessions in London and the North or Midlands. It describes places priced at £99 and groups capped at 25 participants per session. Prospective attendees should check the organiser’s current booking information before relying on prices, availability or a particular location.
For property businesses, the announcement offers an opportunity to consider how staff find development opportunities. A training place is useful only if its content fits the person’s work and the business makes time for them to attend and apply what they learn.
Make development practical
An employee considering an event can ask what the session covers, who it is intended for and whether it includes practical exercises. Check accessibility, travel arrangements and the full cost before booking. A networking event and a structured skills session can serve different purposes, so choose against a clear objective.
Managers can discuss that objective with the participant beforehand and agree how learning will be shared afterwards. Avoid treating attendance itself as proof of a change in capability or a substitute for fair opportunities within the workplace.
Watch the delivery
The partnership is a commitment of support, rather than evidence that every planned session is already available. Follow the organisation’s own event and training updates for confirmed details. For an agency reviewing its development budget, the relevant question is which opportunities help colleagues carry out their roles and progress, alongside the support provided inside the business.
